Taken from an early 1900s chintz hand-picked from the archive, Delphinium & Lilac depicts blooming floral favourites from the Highgrove garden. The delphiniums in particular refer to His Majesty King Charles III’s Royal Patronage of the Delphinium Society, founded in 1928. A subtle pinstripe ground references the original document: a classic Sanderson design and very much of the era. A highlight from Highgrove by Sanderson – a collection developed in partnership with the King’s Foundation – the design has been adapted from fabric into wallpaper for the very first time. It was unveiled at the 2026 Chelsea Flower Show as part of a curated extension to the Highgrove by Sanderson story.
